Each step in the 12-stage process is designed to achieve a fine furniture quality finish with the lasting durability to stand up to the everyday wear of active family lifestyles.
     
  Only the finest Oak, Maple, Hickory, and Cherry hardwoods are selected.
  All surfaces are progressively
sanded until a smooth, consistent surface is achieved.
  A toner color is applied to selected finishes to achieve a consistent color uniformity
  Color enriching stain is applied to enhance the natural wood grain beauty.
 
  Specially formulated wood sealer penetrates all wood surfaces for uniform protection.
  Sealed components pass through high-temperature ovens for a baked-on, smooth surface that is thoroughly cured.
  All surfaces are hand-sanded to eliminate cross-grain scratches and achieve a smooth, consistent surface.
  Components pass through the Giardina automated spray system for application of a specially formulated varnish top coat.
 
  All components are lightly machine sanded and buffed to perfection.
 
  Prior to packaging, all cabinets pass through quality-control for a comprehensive, final inspection.
